Privacy policy

Who we are. Big Dog Mining is operated by Leadlock LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Big Dog Mining", "we", "us"). This policy covers bigdogmining.com, go.bigdogmining.com and the booking forms on them.

What we collect. When you book a call we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, company name, company website, your position and the number of jobs your company runs. When you visit the site, Google Analytics records standard usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. The calculators run in your browser; the numbers you enter are not sent to us.

How we use it. To schedule and run your call, to send confirmations and reminders, to follow up about our services, and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your information.

Text messages. If you check the consent box on our form, or tell a member of our team on a call that we may text you, we may text you at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Who we share it with. Only the service providers that run this site and our scheduling for us: our CRM and booking platform (HighLevel), our email provider and Google Analytics. They may use your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How we keep it secure. Your information is stored with our CRM and booking provider and our email provider, which encrypt data in transit and limit access to authorized accounts. Only our team can see it, and we never post or share your phone number or messages publicly. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects your information we will tell you.

How long we keep it. For as long as we are in contact about our services, and after that only as long as we need it for our records or the law requires.

Your choices. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing dan@bigdogmining.com. We will answer within 30 days.

Changes. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
