How it works

  1. It runs in your own AWS account.

    You own it, you pay the bill, and you can lock us out with one click.

  2. Your data does not train the AI.

    The AI is Claude on Amazon Bedrock. AWS states your content is not used to improve the base models and is not shared with any model providers. Source: AWS, Amazon Bedrock data protection

  3. It is encrypted with a key you hold.

    In transit and at rest. Revoke the key and the data is unreadable to everyone, us included.

  4. We get in only through a role you grant.

    Every action we take is logged, so you can see what we did and remove us any time.

  5. We sign your NDA before we see anything.

    For the audit, you can black out your rates first.

What we will not say

  • We will not say nobody outside ever touches it. We do: we build and maintain it, only through access you grant, and every action is logged.
  • We will not say crew messages never leave your systems. WhatsApp messages pass through Meta and the messaging provider on the way in. Once they land, they live in your account.
  • We will not promise a single region. Region is a setting. Your data is processed in the AWS regions we set for you.
  • We will not claim certifications we do not hold. AWS's audits are AWS's, not ours.
